Police officers of the Department for the fight against the abuse of narcotic drugs in the area of the municipality of Hadžići deprived the man S.Dž of his freedom due to the grounds of suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs.
During the personal search, three PVC packets with a dry herbaceous substance that looks like marijuana, two PVC packets with a white substance that looks like speed, and a certain amount of cash were found and confiscated.
On the basis of the order of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, a search was made of the cottage in the area of the municipality of Ilidža used by the suspect, where one PVC quiver was found covered with foil, with a dry herbaceous substance that in its appearance is associated with the narcotic drug marijuana, two PVC packets with a white substance that its appearance is associated with the narcotic drug speed, two bags with a dry herbal substance that is associated with the narcotic drug marijuana, one PVC packet with an unknown white substance, and one digital scale.
The suspect was handed over to the Premises for Detention of Persons Deprived of Liberty of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton, and after the criminal investigation, he will be handed over to the competent prosecutor for further proceedings, the CS Ministry of Interior announced.
