One Person seriously injured in the Centre of Sarajevo

Last night in Sarajevo, in the area of ​​Baščaršija, a shooting took place in which one person was seriously wounded, and the suspect was detained.

Police officers of the Canton Sarajevo Ministry of Interior, police administration Stari Grad, last night arrested a man with the initials T.Š. from Sarajevo on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of causing general danger and serious bodily injury against K.H. from Sarajevo.

Around 11:15 p.m., in Tabaci Street, the suspect used a firearm against K.H., who suffered a serious injury in the area of ​​his left leg, and was detained at the Clinical Centre University Sarajevo (KCUS) for further treatment.

According to the order of the prosecutor, an investigation was carried out, and the suspect was handed over to the Premises for Detention of Persons Deprived of Liberty.
