One Person surrendered to BiH Police after being on the run

Mustafa Karamuja from Kakanj, who was on the run for the past seven days and an operational warrant was issued for him, turned himself in today to the Prosecutor’s Office of Zenica-Doboj Canton – confirmed Aldina Alić, head of the Department of Public Relations, Planning Analytics of the Police Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ZDK.

“Karamuja surrendered to the Prosecutor’s Office of the ZDK, after which he was deprived of his liberty and is now in the premises of the Zenica 1 Police Department, where criminal processing will be conducted against him,” confirmed Alić for Fena.

On that occasion, the premises of PS Kakanj, as well as their apartments, houses and cars, were searched.

The Municipal Court in Kakanj, after the arrested policemen were handed over to it by the ZDK Prosecutor’s Office at the end of last week, ordered 15 policemen to be detained for one month, while it ordered prohibitive measures for one, which refer to the ban on work and the ban on meeting with witnesses.
