Yesterday in Banja Luka, users received keys of 10 houses that were constructed within the second phase of the OPEC project.

“As we recently announced, the construction of the first 10 houses within the second phase of the OPEC Project was completed and we expect handing over of the remaining 26 housing units to take place very soon,” said Minister for Refugees and Displaced Persons of the RS, Davor Cordas.

Cordas also noted that OPEC 2 is particularly important because the second phase of the project resulted from savings of the Ministry of Refugees and Displaced Persons of the RS during the realization of the OPEC Project of the Construction of Housing Units 2014 when a total of 170 houses were constructed.

Advisor of the Minister Marija Rapo handed over the keys to Blaz Dujlovic and Ante Ganic, who are satisfied with the works and the quality of the construction materials.

The second phase of the OPEC Project includes the construction of 36 residential units and after 10 houses in Banja Luka, another four will be completed in Gradiska, three in Doboj, Kotor Varos and Foca, two in Derventa, Kalinovik, Prijedor and Sipovo, and one in Brod, Bratunac, Novi Grad, Pelagic and Trebinje.
