The Operation “Joint Effort -14” Began

joint efforts 14Operation “Joint effort -14”, in which participate B&H Armed Forces and EUFOR in cooperation with B&H Ministry of Security to assist civil structures in repairing flood damages starts today in B&H.

As announced by B&H Ministry of Security, about 1.200 soldiers of B&H Armed Forces and 600 members of EUFOR will participate with helicopter units, 200 trucks, 34 machines for construction, 50 containers to accommodate evacuated citizens and 2 pontoon bridges will be in their disposal.

Cleaning, food delivery, disinfection in three direction: in areas flooded by Bosna, Drina and Sava will be carried out during this operation.

B&H Ministry of Security has invited entity and civil protection of Brčko district to provide information to Operative- Communication center of B&H 112 on locations and types of assistance needed in order to prepare a plan and to use the presence of troops and mechanisms for the recovery of these damages.
