Federal Hydrometeorological Institute has issued an orange meteoalarm for strong wind south of south-west direction which is expected in the entire country. It is expected that wind will blow 50 to 65 km/h, locally from 65 to 75 km/h.

The forecast says that the strong wind gusts are expected from February 1stuntil February 3rd.

The Sarajevo Canton Civil Protection Administration has issued a warning to all legal and private entities to take the necessary protection and rescue measures, appealing to legal entities that carry out works on construction sites not to leave behind the items that could fall from roofs and other places on buildings.

It also appeals to citizens not to leave objects on their balconies and other open spaces that could endanger someone’s safety, as well as not to park their vehicles near tall and large trees.
