Organization “Kruh Sv. Ante” helps old and vulnerable People

elderly couple“On the occasion of ‘the Day of the Bread of St. Anto”, the humanitarian organization “Kruh Sv. Ante” distributed 150 hygiene kits and 200 hygiene packages for elderly people who are very poor, as announced by this organization.

The humanitarian-charitable organization “Kruh Sv. Ante” is helping those who need it the most every day. Besides the projects that they are doing, they also organize various humanitarian actions.

They dedicated this year to older persons and improvement of their quality of life.

With a series of activities, they aim to raise awareness and encourage all people to start worrying and thinking about each other, especially elderly people and those who do not have enough money for a dignified life.

It is estimated that persons older than 60 years make 20 % of the population in BiH at the moment, and it is estimated that this number will be doubled by the year of 2050.

“It is time to realize that elderly persons are worth of our attention and that we must do our best to ensure them that,” as announced by the association “Kruh Sv. Ante”.
