OSCE Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu concluded his participation in the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, where he highlighted the importance of dialogue and co-operation in addressing an increasingly polarized global environment.

Throughout the meetings, the Secretary General stressed that at a time of growing global mistrust, dialogue remains not only possible but also the only way for reducing the risk of further destabilization, even between adversaries, and underlined the OSCE’s unique role in providing an inclusive platform for engagement and confidence-building across the region.

Secretary General Sinirlioğlu also highlighted the value of regional co-operation as a means to ease geopolitical tensions. At a time of mounting global challenges, he noted, revitalizing multilateralism and rebuilding trust through sustained dialogue are essential for lasting security and stability.
