osce 1In support of the work of the municipal administrations in BiH and the integration of local communities, the OSCE Mission to BiH begins today a three-day training on project management for the representatives of municipality Maglaj.

During the training, representatives of local communities, the non-profit sector, schools from the area of Maglaj municipality, centers for social work and the municipal administration in Maglaj will have the opportunity to find out more about the approach to successful project management processes.

Representatives of neighboring municipalities’ Žepče and Zavidovići in order to improve and establish regional cooperation for future joint projects will attend this session.

The OSCE Mission to BiH supports local governments in the countries in their efforts to train and equip their staff in order to take advantage of existing capacity and improve their work.

The success of an administration is reflected in the participation in the planning and preparation and writing projects, whose goal is to improve the delivery of services to citizens and the inclusion of marginalized groups in the decision-making processes.
