At a telephone session held today, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, adopted decisions on four expenditure programs with allocation criteria for capital and current transfers defined by the 2026 Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in a total amount of 5,070, 000 BAM.
Under the adopted program for capital transfers to non-profit organizations for care institutions at the level of the Federation, an amount of 3,000,000 BAM has been allocated. The funds are intended to support the development of existing and the establishment of new forms of social services, as well as to improve living conditions for beneficiaries and working conditions for employees.
The beneficiaries include the social care and health care institutions Bakovići, Drin, and Ljubuški, as well as the institutions for social care, health care, education and care in Pazarić and Sarajevo.
An additional 2,000,000 BAM has been allocated through current transfers to support non-institutional forms of care. The funds are intended for at least 10 non-profit organizations that are part of the social and child protection system.
