Over Eleven Million BAM of Profit of Micro-Enterprises in BiH

The total profit of the TOP 20 micro-enterprises in FBiH in 2022 was 11,580,901 BAM.

Based on the analysis done by the business portal Akta.ba, it can be seen that the first place was taken by the company ALUFIX d.o.o. from Sarajevo with a realized profit of 1,293,167 BAM. Although the first on the list in terms of profit, Alufix has operated in the red all past years. In March of this year, liquidation proceedings were initiated against him. Second place behind ALUFIX was taken by Premier Investment Group d.o.o. with a profit of 1,210,397 BAM.

The company from Široki Brijeg, KENES d.o.o., achieved the lowest profit. with 410,188 BAM.

Based on the graphics, we can see that out of the twenty micro-enterprises selected, as many as ten of them are from Sarajevo. Only one micro-enterprise from the TOP 20 comes from Tuzla and Mostar.

As a reminder, the number of companies that submitted financial reports were classified according to the new Law on Accounting and Auditing according to the size of the company into micro, small, medium and large enterprises, and submitted reports as such.

Micro enterprises, 6,413 out of 18,302 showed a loss in the amount of -210,046,827 BAM, while 10,921 of them showed a profit in the amount of 349,769,441 BAM, Akta reports.
