U.S. Ambassador in BiH Patrick Moon is encouraged by the fact that BiH finally has a functional government, and that the entities and BiH has adopted budgets for 2013.
He said that BiH need leaders who are committed to tackling the everyday issues of common people, and who work on speeding up the process of the EU integration of BiH.
Moon added that it is necessary to implement the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Sejdić and Finci, and to solve the issue of military property.
Ambassador said that the priority of the BiH authorities should be the preparation for Croatian accession to the EU and improving the economic conditions in BiH.
