Panel Discussion named “Feminism and (Un)Formal Education” will be held today, on 6th of March at 18:00 in the Centre for Cultural and Media Decontamination in Sarajevo.
Cycle of the lectures named “Somebody said feminism” will be closed with the Panel Discussion “Feminism and (Un)Formal Education”. According to the Sarajevo Open Centre, the opening speech will be held by Zlatiborka Popov Momčinović, Nermina Trbonja and Aida Spahić.
Can education become the place of its own de(con)struction? Can and in which way does education allow feminism to have its own voice? Is there a place for feminism in the classrooms? What are the positions and perspectives of women in gender studies in un(formal) education? All the previously mentioned questions will be considered at the panel discussion.
