Passenger Train kills One Person in BiH

In the traffic accident that happened last night at the railroad crossing in Doboj near Kakanj, the driver of a passenger motor vehicle was killed, Samir Valentić, the spokesperson of the Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, confirmed to Fena news agency.

“Passenger train number 710 and a passenger motor vehicle were involved in the accident, and the car driver K. F. from Kakanj, born in 1997, was killed.”

The killed man was the only passenger in the car – said Valentić.

The investigation, under the supervision of the ZDK cantonal prosecutor on duty, was carried out by police officers from the Kakanj Police Station.

Firefighters and emergency doctors were also on the scene.
