Today’s session of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly was marked by a physical fight between representatives Haris Zahiragić, who verbally attacked chairman Elvedin Okerić, and Elvis Vreto, who tried to calm him down, took part in the confrontation. And when he failed to calm him down, he started to grab him by the neck and instead of a dialogue about progress, we got a spectacle.

The MPs turned the Assembly into a boxing ring. In the ring, two fighters, representatives of the people – Haris Zahiragić and Elvis Vreto: SDA and NiP.

The clash was preceded by an argument between Faruk Kapidžić and Elvedin Okerić. Namely, the new Administration removed the crosshairs and lilies from the logo of the Sarajevo Canton Memorial Fund, about which Kapidžić led a heated discussion.

While discussing the log, Okerić told him that he should apologize to the families of the martyrs, after which Kapidžić was removed from the session. Deputy Zahiragić got involved in everything, moving towards Okerić, and then Elvis Vreto with the aim of calming Zahiragić, which did not happen. And then followed the defense of democratic views in the Balkan way. The Assembly Hall became a ring. The session was briefly adjourned.

The session resumed later. There were high tones, threats, calls for physical confrontation, expectations of apologies and new insults. The police did not intervene, at least this time.

And after the atmosphere calmed down, the Decision on the abolition of participation was adopted, that is, the Decision on the personal participation of insured persons in the costs of using health care and treatment costs in the territory of Sarajevo Canton was repealed, Federalna writes.
