On 27 March, at 8 p.m. on the occasion of World Theatre Day, Sarajevo War Theatre will present award winning drama, that won at Preporod’s competition in 2011, called ‘Kad Uzcvate glog, crn trn’ (When hawthorn blooms, black thorn) by Ljubica Ostojić.
This play will be aired by BHRadio 1, and thus it is directed by Miralem Ovčina, and the cast of the play are Selme Alispahić, Sonje Goronje, Adnana Haskovića, Maje Salkić and Mirele Lambić, together with Nada Đurevska and Mehmed Porča.
SARTR says that the intention of the program is to present new BiH drama through the form of public reading, which is directed toward the audience, and so to incite the audience to participate in the talk with authors and actors.
The entrance is free for all.
