On the regular session of Karate Federation of BIH, which was held on Saturday in Sarajevo, representative from 110 clubs from the entire BiH chose the new Steering Board, financial report, program of work, financial plan and the new president.
They unanimously voted Samir Ćatović, representative of Una Sana Canton and a long-time member of Karate Federation of BIH Steering Board, as a new president, replacing previous president Dragan Vikić.
Ćatić said that he and the KFBiH are going to work even harder to improve the quality of the work of karate clubs in BIH and they will work on popularization of the sport, and added that he hopes that karate will once again become the most successful sport in BiH.
