Play ‘Shelter’ in Sarajevo Youth Theatre

skloništeOn 17 May, Sarajevo War Theatre will mark 21 years since it was founded and they will offer the chance to citizens of Sarajevo to see the concert play ‘Shelter’ by Safet Plakalo and Dubravko Bibanović.

The play talks about the struggle of author to fight the madness of everyday life through art.  This play will offer the opportunity to younger people to see the play that is the first play written in the war because ‘Shelter’ is a document, that sarcastically talks about the other, dark side of humanity, which has become the everyday life.

Partner of the play is BH Radio 1 and the director of the play is Miralem Ovčina.

Cast of the play :Skvarica, Adnan Kreso, Jasenko Pašić, Sonja Goronja, Sead Pandur, Maja Salkić and Slaven Vidak.

The play will be show at 8 p.m. in Sarajevo War Theatre.
