A joint meeting of representatives of the HDZ and the HDZ of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Dubrovnik, where they discussed the current political situation, the upcoming elections, and the European path and position of Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, Andrej Plenković, emphasized that the goal of the consultations is to better coordinate and harmonize support ahead of the elections in BiH in early October, as well as to encourage a greater turnout of Croatian voters to register and participate in the electoral process, HRT reports.
“We want to sensitize as many Croats as possible who have the right to vote to register in order to participate in the democratic process. We support Darijana Filipović to become a member of the Presidency of BiH as a legitimate representative of Croatian political parties,” said Plenković.
