Due to driving a car under the influence of alcohol from June 1 to 6, the Sarajevo police excluded 83 drivers from traffic, and last night they also temporarily confiscated one vehicle, confirmed the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton.

“The driver is a repeat offender for committing multiple traffic violations. Also, the police determined that this driver owes BAM 270,000 for traffic violations,” spokeswoman for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of CS Mersiha Novalić told the “Avaz” portal.

After the terrible accident that happened in Marijin Dvor, in which the doctor Azra Spahić was killed, the Sarajevo police intensified their activities to prevent traffic delinquency.
