According to the spokesman of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Ljudevit Marić, the drill will last for half an hour to an hour, and police will be practicing blockade of the city in case of execution of a severe criminal offense, search for suspects, and police chase with vehicles.

“This is a regular police drill that will not affect normal life in the city. I would like to kindly ask the citizens to stay calm when they hear police sirens because these are regular, planned activities that the MIA implements periodically,” Marić added.
