Police Officers in the Federation of BiH to receive higher Salaries

The Federal Minister of the Interior, Ramo Isak, and the President of the Management Board of the Union of Employees of the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Mihret Rotić, signed today the Agreement on the Basis for the Calculation of Salaries of Police Officers.

The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina authorized the Federal Minister of the Interior, Ramo Isak, to sign the Agreement on the Basis for the Calculation of Salaries of Police Officers with the Union of Employees of the Federal Ministry of the Interior on behalf of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The agreement on the basis for calculating the salaries of police officers established the basis for calculating the salary in the amount of 425 BAM, which will result in an increase in the salaries of police officers of the Federal Police Administration in the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The Federal Minister of the Interior, Ramo Isak, said that he would continue to undertake activities to improve the status of police officers of the Federal Police Administration, and particularly emphasized the importance of fostering the unity of police officers, civil servants and employees in the Federal Ministry of the Interior and the Federal Police Administration.

Rotić thanked Minister Isak for his commitment and the activities he undertakes to improve the status of police officers and strengthen the work of the Federal Police Administration.

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić and the entire Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and especially you for your sincere commitment to strengthen the work of the Federal Police Administration and the entire Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs,” Rotić said, according to the FMUP Public Relations Department.
