Chicken for Social Categories klix.ba

During yesterday’s meal, members of the ”Pomozi.ba” organization provided roasted chicken for a nursing home in the Sarajevo neighborhood of Nedžarići, the Stari Grad Public Kitchen, and the Institute for the Care of Mentally Disabled Children and Youth of Pazarić.

For these three locations, a total of 780 chickens and 1,250 drumsticks were donated. Pomozi.ba completed the donation under the project: “All of us for 50,000 of them“, within which the members of the organization aim to feed 50,000 people.

A great number of people were fed when Pomozi.ba received a donation of two tons of chicken that was given to them from donors, and they announced they will not stop their mission there.

The organization stated that they are happy and proud for helping people in need of help and spending time with them.

They began with the intention to provide at least one meal for the socially disadvantaged in late June. They have also invited other people and organizations to join them or to start similar activities independently.
