“Prevent” even this year is partner of international organizations IAESTE in the project of international exchange students.Three students from Tunisia, Poland and Spain are staying in Prevent eight weeks in order to get to know production processes and business activities of Prevent groups in B&H.In this way, students will gain experience in the field of engineering production and they will prepare for the job market. At the same time, this cooperation enables even students from B&H to gain experience abroad.
As a global company Prevent operates in 30 locations in the world and hires10.000 employees and offers to students work in an international environment and the ability to communicate with customers and suppliers from all over Europe.
Also,a dynamic working environment as it is specific to the automotive industry offers them a wide range of opportunities for further professional development. In the past four weeks, the students have met the processes of production of textiles and sewing upholstery and ensure the high quality standards that the company fulfills. In the future, the practice will continue in one of the most modern leather factories in Southeast Europe, and they will get to know all the processes, from production of raw leather to the development of the final product.
Prevent Group through its business pays special attention to the development of young people through the support of various social projects aiming to contribute to the development of the entire B&H society.
