What are the Prices of Apartments in BiH?

apartmentsIn the first quarter of this year, in BiH was sold 410 newly built apartments at an average price of 1.506 BAM per m2.

Agency for Statistics of BiH announced that the average price of sold new apartments compared to the average price in 2015 decreased by 8.4 %, while compared to the first quarter of 2015 it decreased by 8.8 %.

The number of sold new apartments in the first quarter of this year in comparison to the same period last year was increased by 16.1 %. Compared to the average number of sold new apartments in 2015, it decreased by 12.8 %.

The average size of sold apartments is 52.75 m2.

Size of sold new apartments in the first quarter of the year compared to the first quarter of last year was increased by 20.5 %, and compared to the average size of new apartments sold in 2015 it decreased by 15.1 %.
