Prices Decreased by 0,3 Percent in December

nize_cijeneThe prices of products and services that are used for personal consumption in B&H measured by consumer price index in December last year are lower by 0,3 percent in comparison to November, announced the B&H Statistics Agency.

The prices of clothing and footwear decreased by 2,3 percent, furniture, household appliances and items used for maintenance of a household by 0,4 percent, alcoholic drinks and tobacco and transport by 0,3 percent, food and non-alcoholic drinks by 0,2 percent, and recreation and culture by 0,1 percent.

In December last year, in comparison to the previous month, prices in health care are higher by 0,1 percent, while in other sections prices remained the same. Prices in December 2013, compared to the same month in 2012, are on average lower by 1,2 percent.

Food and non-alcoholic drinks are cheaper by 3,8 percent, health care by 1,6 percent, and furniture, household appliances and items used for household maintenance by 0,4 percent.
