Prime minister of FBiH Nermin Nikšić met with farmers

Prime minister of FBiH Nermin Nikšić met today in the building of the Government in Sarajevo with the representatives of the Coordination of Agricultural Associations and Alliances of FBiH and with representatives of farmers from Una-Sana Canton.

The main topic of talks was the incentive payments for primary production which, according to farmers were duly processed and sent by canton to Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry of FBiH, but are not paid out to users.

Nikišić said that all duly processed requests for incentives intended for the production which had been sent from cantons, must urgently enter into the system of payment by the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry, so that the funds reach those for whom they were allocated.

“Everything that is sent from cantons to the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry in relation with the incentive to actual production, must be paid as soon as possible,” said Niksic.

The prime minister announced that he would give a written order by to Ministry to pay the farmers, and that he will put this issue on the agenda for tomorrow’s session of the Government of FBiH so that the Government could reflect on it and make ​​ conclusions.
