Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Zeljka Cvijanovic accepted the invitation of the Prosecution of BiH and was investigated as suspect in the Prosecutor’s Office within the case being for a criminal offense of not enforcing the decision of the Constitutional Court, and regarding the conduct of a referendum in the Republika Srpska.
The State Prosecution continues to work on this case, reports the Prosecutor’s Office.
The Prosecutor’s Office sent earlier a call for a hearing to Prime Minister, however the delivering letter was not neat and Cvijanovic claimed that she did not receive an invitation.
The third time she should be examined by the State Prosecution, Cvijanovic had health problems and was admitted to the University Clinical Center of RS in Banja Luka.
