Professor from Sarajevo to receive an Award from Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

bill-melinda-gates-fondacijaSabina Semiz, a professor in the Department of Genetics and Bioengineering at the International University of Sarajevo, was awarded with a trip by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation of Global Health.

Prof. Dr. Semiz is invited to attend the Diabetes Keystone Symposium, which will be held in the Keystone Resort, Colorado, United States, from the 22nd to 26th of January 2017.

Keystone Symposium is organizing successful meetings on molecular and cellular biology, for more than 40 years.

Their mission is to improve the scientific life and start new research, which could help to our society; and the diversity of experiences of scientists, who come from different countries, represents addition to the overall mission.

Prof. Dr. Semiz will represent the International University of Sarajevo and BiH at the prestigious meeting in Colorado.
