Chairman of the Commission for Foreign Affairs of the BiH House of Representatives Mirza Kušljugić spoke to the Ambassador of Switzerland to our country Andrea Schaller yesterday in Sarajevo about the program for the forthcoming meeting of the representatives of the commissions for foreign affairs of Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro and BiH.
The meeting is announced for 15 March in Sarajevo, where they will discuss models for further work in the foreign policy commissions in the four countries.
Kušljugić said that the presentation of information of the activities of the Igman Initiative are planned, as well as the activities of the Regional Council for cooperation and speaking to the representatives on the topic “Parlimanetary Dimension of the RSS” and the “Strategy of Development for Countries in South East Europe 2020”.
Kušljugić values the specific importance that will be placed on concrete topics, such as the initiative “Energy policy with the goal to reduce energy poverty’’, and in this context it is expected that ambassadors would be addressed who will participate at the meeting, as well as experts in the energy field.
Ambassador Schaller said that his country supports and welcomes all areas of interstate cooperation and concrete projects that contribute to a prosperous society.
