Project of New Ilidža: Another Investment promised in Billions

Nova IlidzaIn the municipality of Ilidža, on the right bank of the river Željeznica and near to the Mountain Igman, a modern town/ neighborhood in New Ilidža is planned to be build. The worth of the project is two billion BAM, and in the future, it could significantly modify the appearance of this part of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Municipality of Ilidža stresses that the new town will be a “historic project, not only for Ilidža but for the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina.”

“The Municipal Council has made the decision on preparation of the Regulatory plan of New Ilidža 2, the areas of this space includes 23 hectares and a new regulatory plan covers 53.7 hectares Ilidža 3” announced the municipality of Ilidža.

“It will be a modern complex for 40,000 inhabitants, which will occupy the right bank of the river Željeznica from the thermal Riviera to the entity lines Vojkovici. The project value is two billion BAM, and for such investments more investors are interested. Only lands can be sold for 40 million, “said the mayor of the municipality Ilidža, Senaid Memić.
