susret kulturaIn the B&H art gallery, the project ‘Sarajevo Meeting of Cultures’ was presented.

This is a project of the nonprofit organization of the same name that seeks to promote a new tourist attraction, a location where the historical and cultural description of Sarajevo will be available in one place.

This location, which in the best way reflects the meeting of cultures in Sarajevo, will be close to Gazi Husrev-Beg bezistan.

At this place, the NGO ‘Sarajevo meeting of cultures’ sets a symbolic mark/stamp that would continue to be a starting point for tourists visiting Sarajevo, and for which visitors could clearly see the meeting of various cultures in the city. This starting point will, in turn, be seen from various points of the world-the east will refer to the Ottoman trading town, and towards the west it will be the modern Western culture.

A distinctive character created for the purpose of this project is a new possible brand that symbolizes multiculturalism and the openness of Sarajevo.

President of the organization Dino Mujkić presented the project, who said that the sign, which could appear next week at a designated place, will be a sort of sign of recognizing what Sarajevo is.
