The Prosecution of BiH will form the subject and check allegations of treatment of agent Sakib Softic in the process of applying for revision of a judgment by the BiH lawsuit against Serbia before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, confirmed a spokesman of Prosecution Boris Grubesic.
On this move it was decided after the letter of the President of the ICJ Ronny Abraham informed the public in BiH that the ICJ in May 2016 responded on the question and answered Softic that he is not considered an agent before the Court.
Politicians from the Serbian entity Republika Srpska earlier urged the BiH Prosecutor’s Office to investigate the entire case or to initiate an investigation against Sakib Softic.
To recall, yesterday the court in The Hague decided to reject a request for revision of judgment of Bosnia and Herzegovina against Serbia.
The Chairman of the Presidency of BiH Mladen Ivanic and BiH Foreign Minister Igor Crnadak earlier wrote to the International Court of Justice in The Hague to Softic that Softic has no approval of the Presidency of BiH to represent the state and that a decision on the initiation of the audit is not made by the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
