Prosecutions asks extension of Custody for Amir Zukic

amir zukicThe general secretary of the SDA Party Amir Zukic, who has been recently arrested arrived from the detention unit Zenica Prison to Sarajevo Municipal Court on hearing for extension of custody. The prosecution has requested the extension of custody for additional two months for Amir Zukic and his driver Seid Fazlagic and Senad and Nedzad Trafka, Safet Bibic, Ramiz Karavdic and Esed Džananovic, reports News Agency Patria.

Custody was given to Zukic because of the danger of influencing witnesses, concealing evidence and possible repetition of the offense. He is suspected of illegal employment and for the organization of the group with Safet Bibic with an aim to illegaly employ of people and party members in public companies.

Beside the previously written names, there are names of SDA Vice President Asim Sarajlic and Mirsad Kukic.
