Prosecutors Office Coordination Team Meeting analysed the Plan of Results to be achieved

The meeting of the Coordination Team discussed the prevention and suppression of the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, epidemiological and safety protection of employees and persons coming into contact with the personnel of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, as well as the necessary activities to maintain work processes in all prosecutorial and administrative departments.

The Chief Prosecutor instructed the heads of prosecutorial departments to take activities to ensure adequate protection and care for employees, as well as the smooth performance of work processes in all departments and sections in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

It was agreed to continue activities in the process of disinfection of the facilities, premises and vehicles used by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, as well as to provide necessary funds for the disinfection protection of employees and premises.

Considering the situations with taking isolation measures and other necessary measures, and temporary non-attendance of a certain number of employees, they discussed how to ensure the work engagement and efficiency of all employees in the most adequate way.

The meeting analysed the plan of results to be achieved this year, and the Chief Prosecutor called on her deputies and heads of departments to take all necessary actions to achieve the best possible work results in this situation, in accordance with the possibilities and restrictions caused by Covid-19 pandemic.
