Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an Indictment against Milorad Dodik

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić, acting of the director of the Official Gazette of the RS, due to the decree on the non-implementation of the decisions of the high representative in the territory of the Republic of Srpska, was confirmed for BHRT.

“The BiH Prosecutor’s Office filed an indictment against Dodik Milorad (1959) and Miloš Lukić (1987), who are charged with the criminal offense of non-execution of the decisions of the High Representative from Article 203a paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH”, the Prosecutor’s Office confirmed for BHRT BiH.

“The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation,” added the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Let us remind you that on July 1, High Representative Christian Schmidt annulled the laws adopted by the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (NSRS) regarding the non-publication of the decisions of the High Representative and the non-application of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
