Prosecutors and investigators of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH were in the field coordinating activities of police officers handling the case.

Within the Respirators case, a prosecutorial team of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, together with the investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office, analyses the documentation collected so far, after which the required expert analysis will be requested and further activities ordered.

Due to the urgency of undertaking actions, prosecutors and professional staff are in constant contact with police officers and go out to the field to give instructions on how to handle the collection of evidence.

The prosecutorial team will intensively carry out and coordinate activities in the coming hours, with the aim of collecting all the necessary documentation as soon as possible in order to continue work on this case.

All institutions addressed by the prosecutorial team will be obliged, in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH, to submit and make available all the requested documentation as soon as possible.
