Public Call Announced: Offers for Facility KTK Visoko Until 10 May

2The FBiH Agency for Privatization (APF) announced a public call yesterday for tenders for the sale of the manufacturing plant for shoes “Goruša”, and for the facility for leather and fur “KTK Visoko” d.d. in Visoko.

As for the sale of technical and technological units for leather and fur, the starting price is 28.681.627 KM. Among other conditions of sale the buyer is required to take 150 workers from KTK Visoko in the period of 30 days from the sales contract and their employment for an indefinite period, and for a period of at least 3 years from the date of receipt, as well as new financial investments of 200.000 KM.

For the technical and technological units for the production of shoes at “Goruša”, the starting price is 4.256.277 KM. Among other conditions of sale the buyer is require to take 150 employees from KTK Visko within 30 days of the conclusion of the sales contract and their employment for an indefinite period, and for a period of at least 3 years from the date of receipt, as well as new financial investments worth 400.000 KM in a period of 12 months.

The deadline for submission of bids for both facilities Is 10 May and direct discussion with bidders will be held on 15 May.
