Pumps in the FBiH to increase Fuel Prices?

fuel2 (2)Most of the petrol stations in the FBiH decided to increase prices for all products in the amount of at least five pfennig, which will cause an increase of prices up to 1.90 BAM per liter.

Consumers will notice price changes at the end of the week because approval for their correction, which gives the Ministry of Trade FBiH shall enter into force on Thursday, or on Friday.

As confirmed from the Department for prices in the Ministry of Trade of FBiH, before the price increase takes effect, the average price of diesel in the FBiH are 1.80 BAM and BMB 95 was 1.85 BAM.

According to the Department for prices, stagnation in prices is recorded from July at petrol stations, which means that the new increase will be the first one to take place in three months.

This is the consequence of an increase in price of a barrel of oil on the world market which has been recorded since the end of September. Barrel of oil on Wednesday morning will cost from 51 to 52.5 USD, while the value on the 28th of September was around 45 USD per barrel.
