Russia will offer civilians in Ukraine and citizens of other friendly countries to leave zones of possible destruction in advance, Russian President Vladimir Putin said tonight.
“Of course, when we choose, if necessary and in response, a target for the destruction of a system such as ‘Orešnik’ on the territory of Ukraine, we will offer civilians in advance, as well as ask citizens of friendly countries located there, to leave the dangerous zones,” Putin said.
He added that Moscow would do this for humanitarian reasons and, as he stated, openly, publicly, without fear of opposition from the enemy.
