Real Growth of GDP in the Third Quarter amounted to 2.4 %

gdp-increaseReal growth of gross domestic product (GDP) in BiH in the third quarter last year amounted to 2.4 % in comparison to the same quarter in 2015.

According to the Agency for Statistics of BiH, seasonally adjusted data shows GDP growth in the third quarter by 1 %, in comparison to the previous quarter.

In the third quarter of 2016, in comparison to the same quarter of the previous year, was recorded significant growth in administrative activities by 12.1 %, production and supply of electricity by 11.1 %, and agriculture by 9.5 %.

The real decrease in gross value of 0.9 % was recorded in education, and information and communications by 0.5 %.
