This year, the third time in a row, Mostar will be the host to one of the competitions as part of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Championship and in only two weeks.

Until the arrival of the world’s best divers to our country, only one competition is left – the one in Texas. After that, September 15th and 16th will see Mostar and the Old Bridge host the spectacular dives.

The continuation of the season will be marked in Texas and, after the summer break, competitors will have to show their best on the “Devil’s Gates” on Sunday, September 3rd.

The first half of the season offered exciting competitions. The best among the men is legendary Columbian Orlando Duque, while the best among the women is current champion Rhiannan Iffland from Australia. However, competition is harsh and a fierce battle to the end for the first place will surely ensue.

On September 15th and 16th in Mostar, we’ll be watching 14 male divers and eight female divers, the best on the planet. Their neck-breaking dives from which one loses her breath will be performed from a height of 27 meters (men) and 21 meters (women).

This will be the third time that the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Competition is held in the city on the River Neretva and, judging from the previous ones, Mostar can expect another spectacle.
