Reis Kavazović sent a Telegram of Condolences on the Occasion of the Death of Metropolitan Nikolaj

Metropolitan Nikolaj Passed Away avaz.baOn the occasion of the death of Metropolitan Dabrobosanski Nikolaj, Reis-ul-Ulema Husein ef. Kavazović sent a telegram of condolences to His Holiness Archbishop Pećki, Metropolitan of Belgrade-Karlovac, and the Serbian Patriarch Irinej.

“Last night we heard the sad news on the death of Metropolitan Dabrobosanski Nikolaj. He was loved and respected among his believers, and appreciated and esteemed among the fellow citizens. Please accept our condolences and convey them to the Synod of the Serbian Orthodox Church, the clergy, and the Orthodox believers”, stated the telegram of condolences.

Metropolitan Dabrobosanski Nikolaj passed away last night at the age of 88, at the University Hospital in Foča.
