international court justice hagueAn agent of BiH at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the Hague, Sakib Softic, travelled to the Netherlands where he will submit a request for review of the judgment by the BiH lawsuit against Serbia for aggression and genocide.

To recall, the main part of the revision of the judgment was done by the US diplomat David Scheffer. Scheffer is one of the greatest legal experts who, as the US Ambassador for War Crimes participated in the creation of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY).

Frenchman Alain Pellet, Dutchman Phon van den Biesen and Italian Paolo Palchetti, were part of the team of BiH in the first procedure.

On the document, which will be submitted to the International court, legal experts were working actively from May last year. Among other things, new facts from the trial of Ratko Mladic, will be presented as well.

The mere submission of the application is a technical issue.
