Although the transfer of Ervin Zukanović from FC Chievo to FC Inter seemed like a done deal, the national team player of B&H finally ended up in UC Sampdoria.
The first man of Zukanović’s new club Massimo Ferrero, except that he hired a quality reinforcement in the defense, is particularly satisfied because he took Zukanović practically from under the nose of FC Inter.
“I am happy that we saddened FC Inter by buying Zukanović. By the end of the transfer window we will hire two more reinforcements”, said Ferrero.
On the other side, the coach of the club from Milan Mancini regretted because FC Inter failed to enlist the national team player of B&H.
“It is a player who can play on both stopper and side position. He is universal and I am sorry that we did not manage to hire him. I believe there was not enough of patience“, Mancini stated.
