The Government of the Republika Srpska adopted a decision on amendments and additions to the decision on determining priority projects that will be financed from budget funds under the RS Public Investment Program this year with the distribution of funds, which includes 12 projects with a total value of 17 million BAM.
The decision lists new projects that will be implemented in the area of Kotor Varoš, Ribnik, Bijeljina, Bratunac, Osmak, Sokoc, Novi Goražde, Han Pijeska, Kalinovik and Čajnič, the Government Public Relations Bureau announced.
The rehabilitation of the East Mostar – Nevesinje road in the length of 2.5 kilometers will also be supported from the funds intended for investments, in accordance with operational funds.
This route is of strategic importance for the municipality of East Mostar, which, as the holder of this project, has already prepared the project documentation.
Among the projects of general importance that are included in today’s decision, the most significant is the first phase of the creation of the Social Map in the Republic of Srpska.
The government adopted amendments to the decrees on the categories and titles of civil servants, on the workplaces of state employees, and on the categories, titles and conditions for performing the duties of civil servants in local self-government units.
Adoption of this regulation is necessary in order to harmonize with the amendments to the Law on Civil Servants, which entered into force on July 4.
The law has been harmonized with the provisions of the Labor Law, in the part that refers to the duration of the internship.
With these changes, the duration of the internship for persons with secondary education was shortened from six months to three months, and for persons with higher education from one year to six months.
