The goal of the West is the defeat of Russia. We have always strived for international law, by which everyone must rule.
Ukraine has become only an instrument to defeat Russia, and what they failed to do in the 90s, they want now. Of course, there is nothing to be gained from that, because no one can defeat Russia, said Igor Kalabuhov in an interview, Russia’s ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).
The ambassador of Russia to BiH also touched upon the sanctions of the West.
”These are unilateral restrictions because only the United Nations (UN) Security Council can introduce legally binding sanctions. This is just another incentive for the development of our economy. We have every opportunity to overcome these sanctions, to turn to ourselves. Europe is shooting itself in the foot, it has become an instrument of the United States (U.S.), where all the capital goes. The U.S. goal is global domination. Now they are preparing a hypothetical war with China, as they have been preparing for Ukraine for the last decade. The U.S. lives off the sale of weapons, scaring those countries with some kind of Russian threat, then dependence on energy sources, which are several times more expensive than Russian ones,”Kalabuhov stated.
He also talked about the Western Balkans and the European Union’s (EU) role in it.
”What does European integration actually mean, ”we give you money, and you do as we say”. Are those values to strive for? They consider the Western Balkans to be the backyard of the EU, and according to them, no one else, not even Russia, can do business in this market,” he said.
Kalabuhov had an interesting answer as to whether there will be peace in the year ahead.
”You have to fight for peace, promote your interests, conducting honest negotiations. As the old Latin adage says, ”If you want peace, prepare for war”,” Kalabuhov concluded, Vijesti.ba reports.
