The main reason for the statements of the Minister of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zukan Helez regarding the latest decisions of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska, apart from personal frustration, is the narrative imposed by the collective West, which is literally fed up with threats, ultimatums and arbitrary sanctions, according to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Unfortunately, certain politicians in Sarajevo have become dependent on such rhetoric, calling on “Big Brother” to do all the “dirty work” and punish the disobedient, who, as in other times, are declared to be enemies of the people,” the Russian Embassy commented.

statement that he has worked out “Plan A” and “Plan B” if the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina or Christian Schmidt do not react after the National Assembly of Republika Srpska adopted the Law on Non-Enforcement of Decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Embassy of the Russian Federation states that there is only one “three plus one” plan for BiH – dialogue, compromise, agreement.

“A mandatory prerequisite is the absence of external influence,” the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Bosnia and Herzegovina points out.

The National Assembly of the Republika Srpska adopted two days ago the Law on the non-application of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina after this court ignored the request from Srpska to withdraw the disputed decision on the deletion of Article 39 of the Rules of Procedure of that court.

This article provides for the postponement of sessions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina if at least one judge elected by the National Assembly of Srpska is not present.
