Jahorina Idyll rekreacija.baThe Mayor of Pale Municipality Miodrag Kovačević and representatives of the Russian consortium “MB Kapital” signed on Friday the protocol on cooperation, which defined cooperation activities on the construction of aparthotel “Mladost” on Jahorina.

“Mladost” should cover around 20,000 square meters and the value of the project amounts to 50 million BAM.

Investors from Russia have purchased earlier a part of land and the former House “Mladost” and, by signing the contract which refers to construction land within the Regulatory plan of special area of Jahorina, they are given the opportunity to expand the parcel and construct a modern hotel complex.

This project represents the largest potential investment in this area since the end of the war until today. Three and a half million BAM will flow into the municipal budget only from the sale of the land, domestic construction companies will be engaged in the construction, while around 150 workers will be employed in the future hotel complex.

If the project is implemented, it will also be a great stimulus for tourist offer, given that the construction of the complex opens possibilities for construction of new hotels and other amenities that will complement the offer of this Olympic mountain.
