As part of the Sarajevo Halal Fair and Forum SAHAF 2013, the first international forum and fail of the halal industry, which will be held from 15-17 May in the Sarajevo Center ‘’Skenderija”, Association of BiH Cooks, and in cooperation with the Agency for Certified Halal Quality, will organize the first training and certification of halal cooks, after which candidates will receive the certificate “Halal Kuhar”.
Cooks will present their knowledge and skills through a cooking show that will be held at the fair, and will prepare a series of culinary dishes and teach us recipes of traditional BiH halal meals, as well as halal culinary delicacies from around the world.
For the preparation of dishes, cooks will use the food products from exhibitors at the fair, halal certified products, and visitors will have the chance to try delicious halal foods.
Sarajevo Halal Fair and Forum SAHAF 2013 will be open to visitors from 10:00-19:00.
